All orders are sent from our Hong Kong distribution center within 24 hours of the order being placed.


Hong Kong Post

Beautyepro offers Hong Kong First Class Registered Air mail post  for free. 

  • All items will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. 
  • We ship through Hong Kong Post First Class AirMail. 
  • It usually takes 10 to 18 days to arrive in most destinations. 
  • The exact arrival days depends on your exact location. 
  • You will receive a shippment notification email with tracking number.(for order amount larger than 15.00 USD) 
  • You can check your package status in Hong Kong Post Website. 
     

EMS

For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products. Additional EMS fee are needed. We will contact you directly for the payment required. EMS usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for most countries.

Q. What if my order hasn't arrived after 14 working days?

A. All information supplied to us by the postal services is automatically updated in our online tracking service.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact your local postal services using the postal reference number provided in your shipping status email.

If you are unable to find your order, please contact us and we will gladly follow up on your behalf. Remember to include your order number on all correspondence to ensure prompt service.

 

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A. After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.
